There is a system wide properties file that you can modify to enable audio alert feature.
Edit this file: <sp_root>/server/default/deploy/starpound-appserver/runtime.ear/META-INF/appserver.properties
Add the following entries:
cold_wi_audio_file=<mp3_file_url>
hot_wi_audio_file=<mp3_file_url>For incoming phone call, mp3 file specified by "hot_wi_audio_file" will be played. Otherwise, mp3 file specified by "cold_wi_audio_file" will be played.
To customize audio alert per organization, create file 'wi_audio.properties' in <org_profile_root>/orgprofiles/<orgname>.
wi_audio.properties file contains:
cold_wi_audio_file=<mp3_file_url>
hot_wi_audio_file=<mp3_file_url>
